I have been living in the Reno/ Sparks area for over thirty years and have been a Residential Designer for over sixteen years. I have designed over two hundred and fifty homes and additions in Nevada and California and have worked with most Home Owners Associations in the area including Arrowcreek, Wingfield Springs, Virginia Highlands, Red Rock Estates, and more. I have designed homes that incorporate many different styles using a variety of building materials. I enjoy designing houses to perform while keeping energy and construction costs down. I work hard to keep up on all of the latest technology in insulation and solar design to make the house work for my clients.
