CUSTOM HOUSE PLANS

I work hard to design the house you envision to fit your site and meet all of your needs. I know how important it is to stay on budget and on schedule and I do my best to make that happen. ADDITIONS

I will create an addition for you that does everything you want while maintaining the current style of your home. I believe that an addition needs to flow with the existing lines of your home so it will not look like an afterthought. If you’ve ever considered adding on to your existing residence but aren’t sure where to begin, give me a call. We can schedule an in home meeting to discuss your ideas, and budget to then decide what is possible. From there I can let you know what the costs for plans and construction will be.

COST FOR PLANS

Custom House - The cost of plans depends on the complexity of the design, and site that we're working with, and the Home Owners Association involved. Most plans range from $3.00 to $4.50 per square foot of living space. My fee includes Structural Engineering costs and the HVAC Calculations and plans.

Detached Garages - Detached garages plans depend on size and complexity. Most garage plans can be done for $1,200 to $1,600. Call for a free quote.

Addition Plans - Addition plans depend on size and complexity. I will have to meet you on site to discuss what is involved and the pricing for plans.
